Employer Introduction
Step 1: Submit Employer Information
Complete the New Employer Information Form to get your client set up for referrals to HTA. This step is required before HTA can accept employee referrals. It also ensures our advisors have the employer information they need to provide informed guidance to your client’s employees.
After submitting this form, you will be redirected to schedule an introductory call with your client and HTA, so it may be helpful to have your client’s availability beforehand.
