Step 2: HTA Creates the Employee Registration
- HTA creates your custom employee registration link.
- HTA provides a ready-to-send employee invitation email.
- Employees will use these materials to register
Step 3: Share the Employee Registration Information
- HTA sends the registration materials to HR.
- HR distributes the registration link and invitation email to employees.
- Recommended audience: employees nearing age 65, retirement, or Medicare.
