Quarterly “Lead with Heart” Charity Giveaway
Lead With Heart Charity Giveaway
At HTA, giving back is part of who we are. Each quarter, through our Show Your Heart Challenge, we donate $500 to a nonprofit, charity, foundation, sports team, or meaningful cause chosen by our community.
This giveaway is our way of celebrating the people and organizations making a difference — locally and beyond. By staying connected with HTA on social media, you’ll have the opportunity to help direct support toward a cause that matters most to you.
How to Qualify
Simply follow one (or all!) of our social media pages: Facebook, LinkedIn and/or Instagram. Then, like or comment on any of our posts for a chance to win.
Winners are selected quarterly in June, September, December, and March, and the winning participant will choose the charity or cause to receive HTA’s $500 donation in their honor.
Let’s stay connected — and make an impact together.
HTA Annual Employee Choice Charity
Each June, HTA proudly makes a charitable donation on behalf of every employee to the nonprofit organization of their choice.
This program reflects our belief that giving back is most meaningful when it supports the causes our team members are personally passionate about and connected to within their communities.
HTA Chamber and Association Involvement
We believe active involvement in organizations such as local Chambers of Commerce, BW Nice, and SHRM helps us build stronger relationships, stay connected to the needs of our community, and continue growing as professionals.
These partnerships allow us to collaborate, support local businesses, and contribute to the overall well-being and success of the communities we serve.
