Group Educational Webinars
The Webinar is no cost to you or your employees. The 60 minute, informative presentation provides a comfortable, no pressure environment for learning and gathering information. It is great for anybody who is (or has loved ones) nearing age 65 and/or retirement.
Attendees will be able to ask questions throughout the webinar that will be answered in writing after the webinar. Those who register will even get a copy of the presentation to refer to whenever they need it. When they are ready, they can contact us for their own, personalized Roadmap to Medicare.
HR Medicare Support Team
We have a dedicated Employer Services Team available to answer your toughest Medicare questions. Email or call and HTA will provide thoughtful, detailed answers that are referenced and sited for accuracy. Since each employee’s situation may be different, we provide a personalized, no cost consultation to provide recommendations specific to their situation and health needs. We follow up with a detailed summary email and report outlining the employee’s specific “action plan.”

Tracy Keesey joined HTA Insurance Services in 1998 and quickly rose through the ranks due to her exceptional skills and commitment to excellence. Over the years, she has held various positions within the company, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the insurance industry. In 2007, after successfully developing and leading a Long-Term Care (LTC) Brokerage Division, Keesey was offered partner at HTA. Ten years later, founding partners Harry and Debbie Tashjian retired, thus resulting in the full acquisition of the company by Keesey in 2017.
As Owner and CEO, Tracy Keesey has been instrumental in driving HTA Insurance Services’ growth and expansion. Under her leadership, the company has achieved remarkable milestones, including shifting the overall business model to focus on guiding the clients of financial advisors through the daunting and complicated Medicare selection and enrollment process. This important transition led to the development of The Client Services Division (Retail Division), which still prospers today. In 2021, Keesey sold the Wholesale Division of HTA to Ritter Insurance Marketing. Under the agreement HTA continues to operate the Medicare, Life, and LTC businesses allowing for the focus to be direct to consumer sales, Keesey’s true passion.
Additionally, Keesey recently acquired The DiMatteo Agency, a Property and Casualty business which has expanded HTA’s reach and product offerings to include personal and commercial lines of insurance. Her strategic vision and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics have positioned HTA Insurance Services as a leader in the industry.
Tracy Keesey’s leadership style is characterized by her strong emphasis on teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. She believes in fostering a collaborative work environment where employees are encouraged to share ideas and contribute to the company’s success. Her commitment to employee development and well-being has resulted in a highly motivated and engaged workforce.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tracy Keesey is also actively involved in philanthropic endeavors. She has been a strong advocate for various charitable causes, including the National Association of Insurance Financial Advisors (NAIFA), where she is currently serving as President. Most recently, Keesey along with other members of NAIFA, visited our nation’s capital and led a delegation of 25 for the NAIFA Congressional Conference on Capitol Hill, promoting financial literacy. Her dedication to giving back to the community has had a positive impact on the lives of many.
