Our Employer and Advisor Services Team is focused on being your strategic partner in managing the complexities of everything Medicare for your company and it’s employees. Team members are available to help educate and provide guidance and support to employers and their employees alleviating the pressure of navigating the difficult “in’s and out’s” of Medicare and the options available. Through four key pillars of service, HTA will provide employers and advisors a cost benefit analysis, employee webinars, one on one employee assistance, and professional HR/Advisor guidance and consulting on Medicare related issues. HTA will partner with you and alleviate the time and energy necessary to help you and your employees navigate and remain compliant within this multifarious system allowing more time for you to focus on the other highly important and time sensitive responsibilities you have.
