How do you feel about MGMT response time to your needs?

1-Nobody was ever available when I needed them
2-Mgmt responded but it was faster to figure things out on my own
3-I don't feel strongly either way-it was fine

5-Mgmt was on top of it and got back to me immediately

Did you find MGMT helpful and contributed to some stress reduction?

1-Not really-they actually stressed me out more
2-I feel that there was a lot more they could have done to be helpful
3-I felt that they cared about my stress level and were helpful, but i was still stressed
4-I didn't really need any help, and the reminders were fine but mine were minimal
5-Mgmt was tremendously helpful and I really felt that they cared about my workload and stress level

How do you feel about your personal performance?

1-I felt like a mess, may have done more harm than good
2-This AEP had me frazzled. I think I did ok, but really struggled keeping my head above water
3-I felt of value to the clients, but my organization was off and needed help staying on top of my work
4-Feeling pretty good about AEP. I know I made a few mistakes and found a few reminders helpful, I think I held my own.
5-Really feel like I rocked AEP. Needed little to no reminders. Even though the hours are long, I rocked these 7 weeks and I am proud of myself

Are there any subjects, processes, etc that you wish you had more training on before AEP?
How was your stress level (1-this was a breeze, 5-more pressure than the rest of the year but easily manageable, 10-I can’t handle AEP)
