Russ became a licensed insurance agent in 2008, starting his career as a customer service representative for Kemper Direct Insurance in Scranton, PA. Over the course of the last 15 years, he has been licensed in multiple states and has been appointed by dozens of insurance companies. During this time, he has received professional insurance designations from The Institutes including, Associate in Insurance Services, Associate in Personal Insurance and Associate in Claims.
Russ has dedicated his career to helping people understand insurance and guiding them in making decisions regarding their insurance policies, while providing outstanding service. Most recently, Russ has spent the last 8 years working solely as an independent insurance agent. This has allowed him to advise clients on many insurance companies and assist them in tailoring the right policies to meet their insurance needs.
Russ lives in Exton, PA and has two children and 3 cats. He is a sports enthusiast, and while not working enjoys following the Philadelphia sports teams, the Baltimore Orioles and his beloved West Virginia Mountaineers.
