Our team at HTA assists the client with the entire initial enrollment process including: How and when to enroll in Medicare A and B, and helping choose the appropriate Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plan and/or Dental and Vision insurance. We represent over 35 insurance carriers to allow each client to choose their most appropriate solution based on their individual objectives, needs and budget.
Already enrolled in Medicare Plans and need to shop for 2022?
**Due to high call volumes this time of year, Prescription Drug Plan/Medicare Advantage Plan Shopping is only available to existing clients who are already enrolled through HTA in a Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage or Medicare Prescription Plan.

If you have been informed of a major plan change or are unhappy with your current plan we recommend that you speak with someone at HTA, we recommend a phone appointment.

Option 2 – Don’t want to schedule a phone appointment?
If you want us to review your current Prescription Plan to make sure it will remain appropriate for next year, we are happy to do so without having to schedule a phone appointment.

- If your current plan remains appropriate, we will send you a secure email with an outline of your costs and coverage for 2022, along with the required plan documents.
- If a new plan looks more appropriate, we will reach out to you to schedule a phone appointment to review.
*Prescription Drug Plans can only be shopped between October 15th and December 7th annually. PLEASE NOTE, WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT REQUESTS UNTIL SUNDAY 11/28/2021 to allow enough time for analysis prior to the 12/7/2021 enrollment deadline.
